  • It will improve the quality of learning and life, helping us to handle our suffering and to bring about peace, understanding and compassion.
  • It improves or restores communication and bring about reconciliation, so that we can touch the joy of life.
  • It enables us to make healthy life choices and resolve internal and external conflict.
